Growing up immersed in her family’s celebrated restaurant legacy, Dominique was inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit of her father, Paul Christopher, and her grandparents, who each ran successful restaurants for decades. This early exposure to the culinary world instilled in her a passion for hospitality and a dedication to excellence. Dominique is now a dynamic hospitality leader and accomplished entrepreneur with over 18 years of progressive experience in food service management and restaurant ownership. She launched her career in the quick-service sector, excelling as General Manager at Subway, where she sharpened her skills in operational oversight, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. Pursuing greater challenges, Dominique spent five years managing operations at Brockport State College, where she implemented innovative dining solutions and enhanced the student dining experience. Her proven leadership then took her to the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), where as General Manager she spent seven years overseeing large-scale operations, leading diverse teams, and improving efficiencies across multiple dining venues.

Driven by her family’s pioneering example and her own entrepreneurial ambition, Dominique became the owner of Christopher’s Restaurant and Custom Catering. Over the years, she has shepherded all aspects of the business—from inventive menu development and event catering to staff mentorship and community engagement. Under Dominique’s stewardship, Christopher’s has continued its tradition of culinary excellence and personalized service, earning widespread acclaim and reinforcing her reputation as a visionary leader in the hospitality industry.

Tyler is a multifaceted entrepreneur and accomplished leader with over 15 years of proven leadership across both corporate and small business ventures. He is the founder and operator of two successful businesses—a painting company and a cutlery rental service—demonstrating a practical, customer-first approach and an ability to translate ideas into thriving enterprises. Alongside Dominique, Tyler has also built and co-manages a robust real estate investment portfolio over the last decade, showcasing his keen business acumen and dedication to delivering value for tenants and investors alike.

Tyler had a distinguished corporate career by sustained success and innovation. As Senior Leader at Paychex for 13 over years, he consistently surpassed company revenue goals, developed high-performing teams, and designed forward-thinking sales strategies that led to continuous growth in a competitive environment. Additionally, Tyler advanced to Director of Sales Strategy at Elevance Health, where for two years he led transformative projects to enhance sales performance, nurture partnerships, and align go-to-market initiatives within the dynamic healthcare sector.

Paul Christopher
Founder & Co-Owner- Christopher's Restaurant and Custom Catering
Chef Paul Christopher, founder of Christophers Restaurant and Custom Catering established in 1982, is a third-generation culinary entrepreneur deeply rooted in his community’s food scene. His family's legacy began with his grandparents, Anthony Spiotti, who opened the Four Corners Bar & Grill, setting the foundation for a lifelong tradition of hospitality. Paul's parents, Grace and Phil Christopher, took the reins and ran the beloved eatery from 50 Chestnut Plaza for 25 years before retiring in 1986. Carrying forward his family’s passion, Paul has served cooked-to-order lunches within a two-block radius of Four Corners for nearly four decades, earning a reputation for both quality and personal service. He has catered everything from elegant white glove galas and intimate weddings to lively backyard barbecues and large-scale corporate functions, adapting to each occasion with exceptional skill and care.
Paul’s lifelong dream has been to see his daughter, Dominique, continue the family’s tradition. In 2021, this dream became reality when Dominique officially joined as his partner, learning directly from Paul’s decades of restaurant and business expertise and ensuring the Christopher family’s culinary heritage flourishes into the next generation.
